Its a dumping ground 4 Osceloa County Sherrifs Office's sexual predators! No heat, dirty water outta t faucets, fire shot from electrical outlets & i spent $100+ unsuccessfully on Rat & roach infestation. Tom t owner tries 2 get sex for rent instead of cash from vilnerable old women. Matt was hard working & kind but kicked out by Tom. CLD b nice place if Tom wasnt there w/his whacked out perverted sex offender friends (he claims they were all "innocent"?) & his mean spirited, hateful, angry attitudes!
Horrible property management, shower house seems nice until you try to shower. Maintenance man seems to be nosey about residents and likes to embellish and gossip, making the property very undesirable.
Can you give less then 1 star? Horrible staff, amenities and everything in between. According to FDLE's website, it's a hot spot for Sexual Predators in Osceola Co. Not recommended for adults, seniors, children or vacationers.
