The service department is great. Larry Rider, thanks for all your help in the service side of the dealership. Terrible customer service after the sale. Impossible to get a response from anyone involved with the sales department.
After driving from Oklahoma to Orlando our AC went out in our GMC Sierra and we were very lucky to make the call to Starling GMC and even more lucky to have Eugene Velazquez answer our call he not only got out truck in the shop immediately but all tracked down our warranty information and provided us a loaner. Eugene was a life saver and for that we are grateful. Thanks you to everyone at Starling especially Eugene.
I take my truck and car for all the services needed at Starling Chevy in St Cloud. They have a mechanic named Martin who is fabulous. I know the work will be done and done right and my vehicle will be taken care while in his care. Today I had oil changed tires rotated and a oil leak taken care of when work was done they washed and detailed my truck, no charge and I didn't ask them to do that. I'm very happy with the service I get there and will continue to go there.
Went in for an oil change. Was in and out in just over an hour. Staff is always prompt, professional and very courteous. They always ask if I have any other concerns and advise me if they find anything , before going further without my ok. They always check on my comfort and apologize for any delays. Have been going to Starling for almost 3 years now and they're the best dealership I've dealt with in over 40 years, from front office staff to salesmen, to the workers in the garage area. They're the BEST!
If I ever purchase another Chevrolet vehicle, IT WILL NEVER BE FROM STARLING!!!
Great experience. This has been the dealer for all my Chevy's. Just was there this past weekend and was able to get a nice SUV for my wife. We were both happy with the service and the effort the did for our loan approval. We felt like family as we arrived. Baby was able to play in the play area as we waited for all the paper work.
