Emily is the best technician ever. I was sadly going to Staples in Kissimmee Florida. The P.P. told me I couldn't order online . I had to drive 2 times to the store. When I did order on line the girls would not make my cards. Sometimes they would call and tell me order was done but when got to the store the girls made me reorder and come back again........ I am glad that nasty unfriendly store in Kissimmee Florida is closed. ...This Emily in st. Cloud is wonderful. She helped me so I can order on line. She did an excellent job making my cards and when Emily said my cards were ready ,my cards were ready. Yes I will drive an hour to st. Cloud for greater than great service. I told the manager ,Caliber how wonderful Emily was. Caliber was also nice. All the employees were nice to me..... please do not relocate the staff at Staples in Kissimmee Florida. Just do not. It would be a tragic nightmare to drive one hour to a better store with a better tech. And see those nasty living P.P.s...God bless and thank-you Emily and Famine and staff at st. Cloud
The first manager should have made the stipulation. So I'm not happy with St Cloud Staples.

The store is very clean and friendly staff along with great customer service, the facility is an enjoyable shopping environment. The tech manager elek was very knowledgeable and had all the answers regarding computers

Ask if Staples if they could transfer info of old hard drive. "Yes we can and it's free this month". I took the PC hard drive to Staples. Was told, "No, because it had windows XP".
