I'll be coming here in the future and would recommend this store to anyone looking for great customer service. Also, while I was returning the table I noticed an awesome coffee table... well... we got that as well.. real hardwood.. Can't say enough good things about this store!!!

It was nice, very helpful personal. We did make a purchase.
We bought a dining table from them. The dining table was shipped in 2 days which was what I was expecting. I picked it up and brought it home. After unpacking the box (This is a very heavy table) we noticed a large crack in the center of the table underneath. I called Badcock and explained the table was damaged. Here is where I was worried.. I did not pay for their delivery service so figured they were going to give me the run around. Surprise...they took it back no questions asked, apologized and really treated us kindly. We hauled it back to them and they ordered a new one.. that easy. 2 days later we have our table installed and it looks incredible.
I originally was going to order a table online to save a little money but this is the one order that I decided to go to a store for. Just in case of damage it would of been a pain to send back. Glad I did and the employees at Badcock were professional, kind and provided really good customer service.
Great sales people vivian the best so kind n helpful n the delivery. Guys are a 10 on helping set up n move things 4 ya great. Team work haine city was a 10 plus. Now st cloud has caught up yooo hoo great job there items are sturdy n last not cheap stuff
