Again great store great service
BUT the most important thing to know about this store is that the people working it DO NOT know what they are talking about. They don’t know proper care for the animals so don’t ask for their opinion. Look it up online yourself.

Everyone was super friendly from the moment I walked in until I left!! I brought in a mini Schnauzer I was puppy sitting for a few days looking for shampoo, they recommended a really good one and were very helpful. Ill definitely be back
One employee was very rude and splashed fish water all over me becuase they didn’t use proper equipment. Then when I complained to manager she didn’t care.
This store Rocks! Been a loyal customer since they opened in 2015. I have 3 dogs with special dietary needs due to food allergy concerns. On one than on occasion they were out of stock for a certain item they would contact another store and They would go and get the product for me. That's great service. The staff is always great. Manager and Asst. Mgr. always on point and staff is more than willing to help...
Big Shout out to Jazz! She is such a wonderful human. Very knowledgeable on the needs for my 4 month old puppy. She is a great asset to this store. Bravo to whoever hired her.
