Worst customer service, I called to find out information as to how to file a complaint and I could barely get a word in. The woman that answered the phone was very short and abrupt in speaking and kept cutting me off like she was in a hurry to hang up. Was not polite, nor friendly. The first thing she did as I attempted to speak to her was to try to place me on hold to answer another call when clearly she wasn't working alone because someone else got to it before she did...I WAS NOT DIALING THE 911 line for her to be in such a hurry to cut me off. She didnt seem to care or even want to take the time to listen to me as she was too busy cutting me off!
They were extremely rude and had no mercy for this family who experienced a traumatic loss due to a house fire. One of the officers even yelled in the teenage girls face to calm her down. The operator was also no help and ended her call not taking the situation seriously. Her little brother died in this fire and not one officer or fire fighter helped. If anything they made the problem worse by treating this family with disrespect as if they weren't traumatize at all. These guys are monsters and I hope they feel terrible and suffer greatly.
This is the worst police department in Florida. and racist if you are Hispanic or black moving to st cloud could be your worst nightmare. Specially Officer Snow which belittled my son while in the police station.
