Some employees are not pleasant and always grumpy and expect you to know how to fill out eveything and they hate answering questions
On Saturday September 23rd a postal woman hit my vehicle and left. My neighbor saw her and she told him she would leave a note. When I went outside I seen my car hit and no note however my neighbor stayed out there waiting and informed me that she stayed she would leave a note and did not. We looked around and there was no wind and clear sky's at 11 that day. No note to be found. I filed a hit and run report and only dropped pursuing the case since Officer Carlo informed me that the supervisor wanted to fix it and would pay for damages. I got a quote for Mellisa (supervisor? Supposedly) and she has disappeared since. They won't answer my calls and it's been over three weeks. I have a witness, police report, a quote, and evidence of collision. If a postal woman hits your car do not attempt to be lenient with this office. Go straight to your lawyer as I will now do.
Was running late for a flight and had perishable items to ship that I couldn't carry on the plane. The rep helped me get a perfect box for everything and get out of there quick! Much appreciated.

they suck I dropped off a package November 20th I had to call back on November 26th because it still wasn't sent its December 2nd and my package still there isn't delivered.I got a lame excuse from a lazy employee for them keeping a package for 6 days before sending it. Filing as many complaints as possible.
