I had the pleasure of working with Bruce and Sheri at Preferred Real Estate when I bought my first home back in 2010. As a first-time homebuyer, I was completely oblivious to the process of looking for and closing on a home. At that time, I had been working with a different realtor who was only concerned about showing his listings. The photography was fabulous and definately put our little house in it's best possible light, highlighting its charm. Sheri has a real talent for that.
They took the selling process, which can often be very frustrating and complicated, to a fairly "painless" experience (as much as it possibly could be), which is saying something. It can be a very scary and confusing place for both buyers and sellers.
Finally meeting them was such a pleasure. The warmth and friendship they extended has I'm sure greatly enhanced the experiences of all their client relationships as they help them navigate the "waters" of the real estate market and processes.
They also guided me with the strategy for submitting an offer for my existing home that was accepted by the seller, but also gave me an instant $20k in equity after it closed!

Bruce and Sheri are AMAZING! They helped us purchase a home we were renting that was being foreclosed on. As you can imagine it was a long complicated process dealing with the bank and different departments that often seemed like weren't communicating with each other! For example at one point the department doing the foreclosure wanted to evict us (even though we were actively negotiating the purchase with another department). Preferred real estate resolved this and all other issues as well as saved us thousands by negotiating a great purchase price! We couldn't have been more happy with them and the service they provided us. They were so patient with us and explained everything to us every time we had a question (this was our first short sale/foreclosure). They even got us a great little thoughtful gift when we closed.
