The prices are way too high for the quality. No help from associates.
It was ok. To much money for shoes that are not name brand. Sandals where reasonable.

We went there to buy gym shoes, for the boys. We had a coupon for Payless for 20% off entire purchase. When we got to the counter the clerk told me this coupon would not work on the more expensive shoe. I said, this coupon only exclusives gift cards and previously bought items. I took the shoes home, they did not fit. I went back and returned them. I called customers service about the coupon and they wanted me to duke it out over the phone with Tonya the store manager. Their customer service is awful. It's best just dont take a coupon to them, they will not honor it.
