Opened a business account on friday. Was told i would get my check cards on Monday. This was crucial as i needed to use the card for the business on monday, they even stated it would be rush delivered. Its now wednesday and it still has not arrived. Called them up and they stated that it would be here by friday. We're already off to a bad start. This place is disorganized and the people working there have no clue what they are talking about, what they say holds no water.
Always wait a long time. Always under staffed. The worst bank ever. Changing to Chase and I tell everyone I can the same thing when I get a chance.
This has been our bank since we moved here...over ten years ago.
