God awful customer service, don't answer the phone, closed 5 minutes early, no pick up with reservation because they wont answer phone, instead of in office they are in service dept. area not answering the phone.
The lady working in the office, Ana Zaric, was very helpful and gave me good advice about the rental. She was very helpful and I appreciated the efficient way she was able to get me in a car right away. Thanks!
