Look for Prince, he is very reliable and helpful. He is very nice with the customers and helped me with the rental doing the extra mile so I am very satisfied with the Hertz service!.
Called at 16:15 and started to speak with someone but call was dropped, so i went to the office (which states 'Open 08:00 - 17:00') but it was locked and empty.
I really had a terrible time renting with Hertz. I usually use Enterprise, and will do so from now on. The employees were unprofessional, and unwilling to help someone who was paying for their services. After literal hours of dealing with these people, Prince at the St. Cloud branch finally admitted he gave me the wrong car because it was all he had and the larger one he ended up giving me (as I had paid for a larger one) was his "personal company car", but he'd go ahead and let me use it anyway... So much more went into this situation, but I think that will give you a glimpse into how they treat their customers. Use Enterprise; they are professional and helpful, tell the truth, and bend over backwards to help their customers.
